I am available as a coach for recreational or first time triathletes or runners. Together we will develop a training
goals and determine the best races for you. Together we develop the proper training plan to help you achieve
your goals. Steve is a USA Triathlon and a USA Cycling certified coach.

Sprint Distance Triathlon: Sprint triathlons usually consist of a 750 meter swim, a 13.2 mile bike, and a 3.1 mile
run in that order. The sprint distance is the perfect distance for first time triathletes and those with limited time to
train. The sprint distance plan is a 12 week program and cost $100.

Olympic Distance Triathlon: Olympic triathlons consist of a 1500 meter swim, a 25 mile bike and a 6.2 mile run in
that order. The Olympic distance is the next step up. It is usual best to have completed a sprint distance triathlon
before moving up to this level. The Olympic distance plan is a 16 week program and cost $150.

Half Ironman : The Half Ironman consists of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike and a 13.1 mile run in that order. This
program does require some serious commitment The Half Ironman plan is a 20 week program and cost $175.

Ironman : The Ironman consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run in that order. This
program does require some serious commitment The Ironman plan is a 20 week program and cost $200.

5K Run: The 5K or 3.1 mile run is a great way to get into running. It is long enough to require training but short
enough for those with limited time. The 5K training plan is a 12 week program and cost $75.

10K Run: The 10K or 6.2 mile run is the next level of commitment. It is best to have completed a 5K before
moving up to the 10K. The 10K plan is a 16 week program and cost $100.

Half or Full Marathon: The half or full marathon plan does require some serious commitment. These plans are 20
week programs and cost $150.
